Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting

HP is the best company in the universe.  They’ve apparently  teamed up with dreamworks pictures to promote the new movie Kung Fu Panda.  Should be pretty awesome, but what’s even better is that in an attempt to con little kids into printing more, the HP website has……wait for it….

Printable Kung Fu Panda Cootie Catchers

First of all; “Cootie Catchers” . nuff said.  Amazing in their own right, but when combined with panda branded design, should be pretty nifty.  I’ll attempt to print one later in the day if I have spare time at work.  I’ll let you know if they’re capable of actually telling the future.  And aside from Diana, does anyone out there actually still remember how to make these?  Maybe printable directions would help…That’s my update for the day.  :)

    1. What is a “cootie catcher”? I’m pretty sure cooties were bad and we didn’t want them. I always just called it a fortune teller.

    2. I’m pretty sure my Dell printer is not nearly as cool as the suggested HP printer on the instruction page.

    3. With some minor adjustments, I was able to create my very own “cootie catcher” without having to look at the directions. Go me :)

    4. I need suggestions of what to write in it and then I will tell you your fortune.

    5. I felt obligated to make one since I was called out in this post. Thanks.

Andrea! I just found out your blog moved from MySpace. I will now resume being a regular reader. When are we going to play pub trivia again? It’s been over a year!

I saw the movie Friday night! It was great! We actually went out for Chinese food first and then went to the movie. Themed date night (I am so lame, I’m ok with that)
